History and Overview
The firm of Kwesigabo, Bamwine & Walubiri Advocates was founded in 1993 to provide specialised legal services to corporate clients in the fields of Corporate law and practice, Land and property, International trade and Transnational investment, mmigration matters and Employment issues. The firm still regards this as its core area of practice. However, the firm now serves a wider range of clientele and has expanded into other important areas of law and general practice.
The firm’s legal practice is divided into 4 departments each headed by a Senior Partner/Associate Partner who is assisted by other advocates and legal assistants. The firm is also associated to external consultants and international law firms who are consulted or involved in important projects or when need arises.
The four departments are:-
(i) Commercial and Corporate Affairs
(ii) Land and Property
(ii) Civil and Ligitation
(iv) Public Law and General Department
The firm’s law practice is organised along its important areas of specialisation which reflect the current needs and the strategic interests of our clients.
